Ethereal Eve Creations was founded in 2021 by Thando Nkosi, with a passion for celebrating the beauty, versatility, and uniqueness of Black women’s hair.
We believe that hair is more than just a style — it’s your crown, your story, and your power. Protecting your hair doesn’t mean you have to hide it. At Ethereal Eve Creations, we encourage you to confidently flaunt your beauty while nurturing your natural locks.

As a full-time student in my early twenties, I quickly realised how expensive beauty and hair care can be. That’s why we’re dedicated to offering affordable, quality hair that fits your budget.

Welcome to Ethereal Eve To proceed with an order, kindly take note of the following policies: • Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for units that you requested to purchase , please note that the delivery fee is non- refundable. • Please be advised that uber connect , pick-ups or meet-ups are not available under any circumstances. • Due to a high volume of daily orders , we kindly ask for your patience during the ordering process. Please do read the estimated time sent to your email. We do not take rushed orders. •Our services are exclusively online. •We do not provide any supplier lists. • Resale prices are set at the same rate as all other customers. • Refunds will only be permitted if the incorrect unit was sent out, please provide proof of this to our WhatsApp number or our emails and we will attend to the matter . Please do note that it’s a 14day process as we need to verify that the unit that you sent back is in its original condition . We suggest you record the unboxing to have solid proof should anything be missing or damaged.
• Refunds will only be administered should the unit be in its original condition, if it has been altered in any way ( only for incorrect units ) , you will only receive 50% of the refund , excluding the delivery fee .
• we will not be held liable for any units damaged by the customer , please ensure you handle the hair correctly to avoid damaging it . We do not offer refunds for units damaged at the hands of the customer .
• Please note we sell synthetic hair and human hair blends . None of our units are 100% human hair , hence the prices being low . We do not sell 100% human hair .

✅ Daily Maintenance
Reduce thickness : Blends and syntheticas tend to be thick , use shearing scissors to reduce thickness and this will minimise tangling
Detangle Gently: Always use a wide-tooth comb or a detangling brush. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid breakage.Avoid Friction: Minimize rubbing against clothing, especially around collars and scarves, to prevent tangling.
✅ Washing Routine
Wash After 10-15 Wears or when product build-up is noticeable.Use lukewarm water (never hot).Use a mild shampoo and gently lather. Do not rub or twist the hair.Rinse thoroughly and apply a light conditioner. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing.
✅ Drying Tips
Air dry on a wig stand or hang it naturally. Avoid towel rubbing.If you must use a hairdryer, set it to cool or low heat only.
✅ Heat Styling
Only use heat tools below 180°C (.Always apply a heat protectant spray before styling.Limit heat styling to preserve the integrity of the fibers.
✅ Product Usage
Avoid heavy oils and greasy products. They can weigh down synthetic fibers.Use lightweight serums or leave-in conditioners formulated for synthetic or blended hair.
✅ Storage
Store on a wig stand or in a silk/satin bag when not in use to maintain shape and reduce tangling.

Pep delivery : R70 for 7-9 business days R120 for 3-5 business day days (recommended ) Please do note that we have a dispatch time (2-7 days ) this will affect the amount of time it takes for you to received the package This is delivery service that moves packages from our closest pep to your nearest pep . Please provide your most preferred Paxi point so we can send it to that store ! R10 is for insurance incase your parcel goes missing / damaged . We contact Paxi incase of any issues . This is the Paxi number incase of emergency +27 60 070 2492 - WhatsApp only At checkout , Please provide your nearest Store/ paxi code . Please ensure the correct paxi code is used to avoid any issues with you receiving your parcel
