Welcome to Ethereal Eve To proceed with an order, kindly take note of the following policies: • Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for units that you requested to purchase , please note that the delivery fee is non- refundable. • Please be advised that uber connect , pick-ups or meet-ups are not available under any circumstances. • Due to a high volume of daily orders , we kindly ask for your patience during the ordering process. Please do read the estimated time sent to your email. We do not take rushed orders. •Our services are exclusively online. •We do not provide any supplier lists. • Resale prices are set at the same rate as all other customers. • Refunds will only be permitted if the incorrect unit was sent out, please provide proof of this to our WhatsApp number or our emails and we will attend to the matter . Please do note that it’s a 14day process as we need to verify that the unit that you sent back is in its original condition . We suggest you record the unboxing to have solid proof should anything be missing or damaged.
• Refunds will only be administered should the unit be in its original condition, if it has been altered in any way , you will only receive 50% of the refund , excluding the delivery fee .
• Please note we sell synthetic hair and human hair blends . None of our units are 100% human hair , hence the prices being low . We do not sell 100% human hair .
how To take care of human hair blends / synthetics
ensuring you get the most out of your money
To take care of human hair blends, use a gentle sulfate-free shampoo and wash only when necessary to preserve softness and prevent damage. Always wash with lukewarm or cool water to avoid harm to the fibers. Apply a lightweight moisturizing conditioner that’s safe for both human and synthetic hair, and avoid using heavy oils or thick conditioners that could weigh the hair down. After washing, gently press out excess water and allow the hair to air dry by laying it flat or using a wig stand to maintain its shape. Avoid using heat unless the blend is heat-resistant, in which case you can use a blow dryer on a low heat setting. When detangling, use a wide-tooth comb or a wig brush, starting from the ends and working your way up to prevent breakage. Store the hair properly on a wig stand or in a mesh bag to prevent tangling, and keep it away from direct sunlight to avoid color fading. Lastly, avoid dyeing, bleaching, or using harsh chemicals like perms or relaxers as they can damage both the human and synthetic fibers, ensuring the hair remains in good condition and lasts longer.

Pep delivery : R70 for 7-9 business days R120 for 3-5 business day days (recommended ) Please do note that we have a dispatch time (2-7 days ) this will affect the amount of time it takes for you to received the package This is delivery service that moves packages from our closest pep to your nearest pep . Please provide your most preferred Paxi point so we can send it to that store ! R10 is for insurance incase your parcel goes missing / damaged . We contact Paxi incase of any issues .
